Riverbend Bermagui

This Balinese-inspired village is the newest development in the luxury mature-living Riverbend series created by Metacap. A comprehensive development assessment has been lodged and is anticipating council approval. When complete, Riverbend Bermagui will be a thriving community of 162 architectural 2-and-3-bedroom homes nestled amidst 29 hectares of coastal beauty.

Residents will have everything a carefree life can offer: a beautiful new home with access to resort facilities, surrounded by native and tropical landscaping, and complete with regional convenience. There’s even a golf course next door.

Stage one construction is planned for late 2024, with homes ready by mid-2025.
