Riverbend Ballina – Site Works II

Work has been steadily progressing over the last few months, with the laying of the road surface and leveling of the area. Wet weather and earthworks is always a fun combination and this proves to be no exception!

A month on and the earthworks are progressing nicely down at the final part of Stage 3 in Riverbend Ballina. Leveling of the blocks and preparation for the road is taking shape. The area is selling fast with only a few spots left. Once it’s all completed there will be another 20+ homes to come on site, bringing the development to its’ final phase of 191 homes. An exciting year ahead for Riverbend Ballina. All sites in the current 3b1 Development phase have been filled with the final few homes for this area to be brought on. Work has started on the area for the final 20 sites available in this current phase of Riverbend Ballina, which will bring our total number of homes on site to just under 190.
